The Bowling Club
Yerong Creek Bowling Club is the social and recreational hub of the district being the anchor point for our great sporting and recreational facilities. All of our facilities are beautifully maintained and in addition to the Club we have the Public Hall and access to a large decking area from both the Hall and Club overlooking the cricket ground where you can sit, relax, and enjoy an evening or afternoon out as well. A pool table, darts board and large screen TV offer a range of other activities within the club, or you can just sit and chat with some of our local identities who will always make you feel welcome.
Lawn Bowls is a sport which can be enjoyed by everyone and Yerong Creek Bowling Club welcomes both new and veteran bowlers to our competition and social bowls events.
For competitive Bowlers we host Pennants, Odewahn Shield, and Club Championships and participate in these events all across the region..
Social bowlers can join us on Thursday evenings from October through March between 7:30 to 9:30, for social Bowls under lights. We invite you to bring your entire family out and play. Visiting Bowlers and spectators are always welcome and social bowls can be arranged through the club.
If you'd like to join our bowling club as a social member, it's just $10 per year. Joining as a bowls member is $115 per year, which will give you exclusive access to State wide Bowls events.
We share a large commercial kitchen with the Public Hall and our Volunteers can arrange catering for a wide range of functions including Corporate Functions or Seminars, Weddings, Birthdays, wakes or other celebrations.
The Public Hall
Our modern Public Hall is a separate entity, but is attached to the Bowling Club and shares facilities such as the Kitchen and Toilets. Seating is available for up to 180 people and the Hall is air conditioned and is equipped with a screen, computer projector, cordless microphone and sound system. Separate access leads to our deck area and outdoor seating overlooking the sports grounds.

Table Cloths and chair covers are also available for hire. Our volunteers can also provide a quote for catering your event or you can bring in your own caterer.
